Beijing and Tianjin Language Cum Cultural Immersion Programme

The main objectives of this programme are:

  • To extend the “We are Bilingual”(WeB) programme beyond the classroom and the country so as to provide opportunities for the pupils to reinforce and apply the knowledge they have learnt from the WeB programme.
  • To immerse the pupils in the rich culture and history of China so that they are able to appreciate how the different cultures have an influence on the languages.
  • To enable pupils to view things from different perspectives, thereby raising their awareness of cultural differences and globalization.
