Day 1

On the aeroplane, we were so excited! There is a series of inflight entertainment waiting for us. The teachers managed to catch the latest movies while the pupils had a whale of a time playing video games. We were so hooked onto the games that our hunger pangs no longer existed.

 Shuxiang's tooth fell while she was playing Tetris. 

Look! My tooth has disappeared! Will the Chinese Tooth Fairy be visitng me tonight?

We finally arrived at the Beijing Capital International Airport after a 6 hours flight. The airport is very spacious and clean. We were lucky as the queue was pretty short. Our ‘biological clock’ has started ticking and we were very tired. We could almost hear our beds calling out for us….

 We arrived at the Shangda International Hotel about 1am. What a long day for us …. We are looking forward to visiting Great Wall of China and an orchard tomorrow. Great Wall of China here we come………..

    Go get your breakfast, and set for your exciting visit to the Great wall :)
    Eat more as you will need the energy to
    Climb those steps there ...... Hop hop hop .....

    Oh ya , did tooth fairy visited Shuxiang last night ? This Beijing tooth fairy must be mandarin speaking ya :P

    Can't wait to hear from you all again, have a good time in the Great wall today :))
